For security purposes, the password reset links we send are only valid for 24 hours.
If your link has expired, please follow these steps:
- Go to the Login Page.
- Click the "Forgot your password?" link again.
- Request a NEW Link: Re-enter your email address to request a brand new, valid reset link.
- Check Your Inbox Immediately: Look for the new email and click the link within the 24-hour window.
Avoid Confusion: If you request multiple reset links, always use the most recent one sent to your inbox. All previous links are automatically disabled when a new request is made.
