f you have forgotten the password for your account, you can quickly and securely reset it right from our login page.

Follow these simple steps:

3. Enter Your Email: Type in the email address associated with your coffee account and click Submit.
4. Check Your Inbox: A secure password reset link will be sent immediately to that email address.
5. Create a New Password: Click the link in the email and follow the prompts to establish a new, strong password.

Troubleshooting Tips

• If you don't receive the email within 5 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
• For security, the reset link is only valid for 24 hours. If your link expires, you will need to repeat steps 1–3 to request a new one.
