If you are having trouble logging in, please follow this troubleshooting checklist before requesting support:
- Check Your Credentials: Double-check that you are using the correct email address associated with your account. Ensure the email is spelled correctly.
- Reset Your Password: If you are unsure of your password, use the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page. This will send a secure reset link to your email (see Article 2 for details).
- Clear Your Browser Cache: Sometimes outdated website data stored in your browser can interfere with the login process. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try logging in again.
