How fresh will my coffee be when it ships?

We believe freshness is the single most important factor for great coffee. This is why we operate a roast-to-order model.

• Our Promise: Every bag of coffee we ship is roasted within 24–48 hours of being dispatched from our roastery. We never ship stale coffee.
• Proof of Freshness: You will always find the exact Roast Date clearly marked on the back of your coffee bag.
• Peak Flavour Window: While coffee is still excellent for many weeks, the peak flavour window is typically between 7 and 21 days after the roast date. We recommend waiting 5–7 days after the roast date (called the 'rest period') before opening the bag.
