How can I track my order?

Once your coffee is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email. This email is the primary source of your tracking information.

• The email contains your unique tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's portal.
• We ship all ROI orders via DPD and NI orders via An Post.
• Tracking Delay Note: Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the email for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system. If it still doesn't update after that time, please contact us.
